Navigating the Autism Journey is a facilitated discussion group for people who parent or care for individuals with Autism

September 20th: Unpacking Your Back-To-School Struggles (and meet our new staff members!)
October 18th: Learn about Great Resources from The Parents Place of Maryland
November 15th: Self Care for Seasonal Changes & Holidays
December 20th: Virtual Yoga and Mindfulness with the Yoga Center of Columbia
Led by our Family Navigator, Kelly Kryspin, sessions will feature open discussion or presentations on topics of interest to Autism families and caregivers. Upcoming topics for fall 2023 are listed below. Support groups are currently virtual via Zoom.
FREE but a ONE-TIME REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. The Zoom login will be sent by email one day before the session. If you have already registered for the HCAS Family Support Group, you do NOT need to register again.
